That's not a failure of astrology. It's a limitation of the format, and it's worth understanding the difference.
A horoscope is written for a twelfth of the world
It's based on one placement, your sun sign, and it has to apply to millions of people simultaneously. To do that it has to stay broad.
So it can't know that your question is about a specific person who stopped replying, or that you're weighing a move, or that the same situation has repeated three times and you want to know why.
A chart is built from three pieces of information only you have
Date, place and exact time of birth. That combination produces a map that is specific to you: your Moon, your rising sign, your Venus and Mars, twelve houses and the relationships between them all.
That's the difference between a description of a sign and a description of a life.
But the chart isn't the main thing either
This is the part most people miss. What makes a reading useful isn't the chart. It's the conversation.
An article can't ask you a follow up question. It can't notice that the question you started with isn't the question you actually care about, which happens in a large share of readings. It can't hear you say "that's not quite it, it's more like this" and adjust.
