However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund for your reading for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    All returns must be requested within 24 hours of the reading date.

     

    RETURN PROCESS

     

    To request a refund, please email customer service at support@liquidsoftwaremobile.com and please send them the session date of the reading, advisor’s name, and session fee. Once we have received this information, we will review your request. Please note, we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your session. In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
